Design Concept

The DuoBioX? Explore system fully satisfies the technical performance requirements for microbial fermentation tanks in the biopharmaceutical industry. Its process software employs a user-friendly design language, simplifying operation. The controller features a complete set of electrical components from top-tier brands, which are highly integrated to minimize space usage, thus preserving valuable laboratory benchtop areas.

Material of Construction

The liquid-contact parts of the tank are constructed from SS 316L stainless steel, which has been electrolytically polished and treated with an inert surface for easy cleaning. The glass tank body is made of high-quality tempered borosilicate glass, while the sealing materials consist of EPDM, silicone, and other materials that comply with FDA requirements. The non-liquid contact parts are made from high-quality SS 304 stainless steel.
